Sunday, 11 October 2026: FRC Spring Walk #6

October! Summer is almost here and the Common is changing colour. 

Dr Elzanne Singels, ethnobotanist, will be leading this walk and sharing fascinatng insights into the food that would have been available to nomadic people living in the Cape. 

Friends of Rondebsoch Common warmly invite you to join our series of flower rambles.
We meet on the grass lawn (Campground Road) at 11:30 and walks last up to 90 minutes.

Remember: The Common can be rather windy, chilly and wet, so do bring a warm top and wear water-friendly shoes like wellies.
Expect the walks to take place even if there is a bit of rain. The latest info and any updates will be posted our Facebook group.
